Profile
I'm a full-stack software engineer based in the Greater Toronto Area with a decade of experience across the entire product lifecycle — from early-stage architecture to production deployments. I've worked in startups, taken on independent contracts, and led technical teams, building everything from consumer mobile apps and web platforms to cloud infrastructure and hardware-integrated systems.
My background spans Go, React, Next.js, React Native, Python, and AWS — but more than any stack, I bring strong architectural instincts and a habit of shipping. I've built authentication systems, designed microservices, integrated third-party APIs and payment platforms, implemented IoT protocols, and set up CI/CD pipelines from scratch. I'm as comfortable diving into a database schema as I am reviewing a pull request or planning a sprint.
I take on freelance and contract work for clients who need a senior engineer without the overhead of a full-time hire. Whether that's a greenfield build, a site rebuild, or ongoing development and maintenance — I care about getting it right, not just getting it done.
